Brides against Breast Cancer:

Brides-to-be gathered in Nashville to purchase discounted wedding gowns and help support the fight against breast cancer.

For the second year, the nationwide Brides Against Breast Cancer dress sale was in Nashville Saturday through Monday at the Airport Marriot.

Bride-to-be Stephanie Lichtman saved on a designer wedding gown, while donating to the Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation.

"It's a great cause they fact that they're donating all the proceeds to breast cancer awareness is wonderful," Lichtman told News 2.

The dresses are donated by top designers, bridal stores and individuals.

"It's just a round about positive situation," said Crystal Hargrove, who donated a dress. "My aunt is a breast cancer survivor and I wanted to do something in honor of her."

Lindsay Bonaccorso also donated a dress to the cause.

"I ended up having two dresses and I couldn't sleep at night and I needed to give this one away for such a great fundraiser," Bonaccorso said.

Senior Tour Director Barbara Raskins told News 2, the proceeds from the event go to helping those suffering from terminal cancer and educating women about the disease.

"We do this work all year and sensitize young women who are about to get married to the treat of breast cancer, and urge them at the same time they say, ‘I do,' to the guy to say, ‘I do to self examination,'" Raskins said.

The dress sale continues through Monday, Sept. 13, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Involving Your Pet in the Big Day

Getting married involves a lot more than just saying “I do.” And recently, we find increasingly, pet-loving couples are including their pets in their wedding day activities. Couples who are very close to their pet, whether it be a dog, cat, ferret or bird, want them involved just as much as family and friends.

If you’re thinking of including your pet in your nuptials, there’s a lot to think about. To start, make a list of things to consider before having your pet participate. Answering questions like these can make your decision a bit easier:

1. Will the wedding venue allow pets?
2. Does your pet have the right social skills to be around a crowd of people?
3. Is your pet easily excitable and prone to barking or making noise?
4. Would your pet beg for food at the reception or jump on tables?
5. How will you handle your pet should he have an accident or act out during the wedding?

Having these challenges mapped out ahead of time will give you some peace of mind come the big day. If you do choose to have your “best friend” involved in the wedding, whether he’s dressed up and walking down the aisle or just sitting in the front row as an attendant, here are some helpful tips on making sure he is comfortable and secure.

1. Appoint someone you trust to be in charge of your pet during the wedding. Give this person your pet’s leash or a favorite toy to ensure your pet feels at home.
2. Practice with your pet. You rehearse for the wedding, right? Why not rehearse with your pet, too? If you plan on dressing up your pet in a costume such as a tux or frilly dress, make sure your pet is comfortable in the outfit and knows how it will feel to walk down the aisle in character.
3. Inform your attendants ahead of time that your pet will be included. Having everyone on the same page can help your guests and wedding party better prepare in case something goes awry.
4. Always be flexible. So many things are unpredictable when it comes to weddings, the weather, for example. The same goes with pets. Even after lots of practice, you can never be sure what to expect. If you give yourself some wiggle room when it comes to your pet’s participation, you can save yourself both time and trouble.

If you’re still unsure, talk to other couples who have been through the same situation. Sometimes advice from others can help you determine whether it’s appropriate to have your pet involved. Being prepared can help ensure your day is full of lasting memories from the inception to the reception. And including your pet can bring so much joy—not to mention some priceless photographs!

Fall Wedding tips!

Today is September 1st, and my mind automatically shifts to all things FALL, Football, leaves, cider, pumpkins, and so on. Fall is my favorite season BY FAR, and it has become the 'it' season for weddings over the past few years. Wanna save $$$ for you big fall soiree? Here are some tips!!


>Pillage the farmer's market for pounds of materials to deck the halls for next to nothing. Look for corn stalks (perfect for entryways and arches), wheat bundles, dried Chinese lantern branches, mini-gourds and full sized pumpkins. And don't forget hay bales, barrels of woody fruit, like apples and pears, pots full of mums, and nuts in the shell or loose acorns.

>Groups of simple votive candles in mason jars look perfect grouped together in arrangements, too. Loop wire around the rims and fashion a handle, and you can dangle these rustic lanterns from tree branches and rafters.

>Plenty of brides prefer casual blooms for their autumn weddings, like brightly-colored Gerber daisies or sunflowers. You'll spend more on flame or burgundy-colored mini calla lilies with black magic roses and hypericun berries, and even surprising glam touches, like rooster-feather collars.

>Pile heaps of royal-looking pears, grapes or apples on footed bowls (try sugaring the fruit; it's an easy DIY project), and combine with long, trailing satin ribbons in cinnamon, gold or scarlet. Tuck in a few roses, for romance.

>Autumn-scented pillar candles can be a good choice too, as long as you don't overwhelm the food or use too many scents.

I am a bad blogger, I know, let the lashing begin. I have been traveling quite a bit for work lately, and work is pretty much running the show. I did want to try and get a few post in this week and hopefully pick up the pace for you fall brides.


Easy, frugal, homemade favors!

-The first favor you could make and give your guests is Candies in tulle.

1. You just have to cut the tulle in the shape of square, the size must be no larger than 6’ x 6’ inches

2. Place the candies of your choice and color in the middle part of the square tulle.

3. Then gather all the sides of the tulle then tie a ribbon around

4. Personalized M&M's are a nice touch!

-In case, you don’t have a centerpiece for your wedding and at the same time you need a wedding favor, a simple plant which is planted in a pot is a nice choice. It will not only add color to your reception, but the guest can treasure them after the wedding celebrations, other centerpieces will not have these effect and appreciation from the guest.

1. First step is to plant seeds in a small pot.

2. Let it grow until it is ready on your wedding day.

3. Here is a list of plants that grow well indoors!

-The last suggestion for a homemade wedding favor is a champagne glass full with chocolates.

1. Step one is to get a champagne glass, you can use the plastic type so it will be cheaper.

2. Fill the glass with chocolates

3. Cover up the mouth of the glass with tulle, the tulle must reach the stem of the champagne glass.

4. Secure the stem with ribbon

5. You can add up accessories like silk flowers or charms.

Moreover, a visit to craft store might be helpful, you could look around for other projects that you can make as your homemade wedding favors. The selections there are plenty, so pick out what you like best.

Your wedding is the day to start with your new life together and the souvenirs must be special as your relationship is. Homemade wedding favors are one means to make your wedding exceptional and unforgettable not just for you but to your guests as well.

Religous Customs

are you Baptist? Have you even been to a Jewish wedding? NO!? Have one coming down the pipe and not sure what to do? If you should go? etc. Here are some helpful hints for those of you that might be intimidated by other cultures or religions. 'Mazel Tov', 'Maashallah', 'Congratulations'

Catholic: Most weddings include communion, which is offered only to those who have received their First Holy Communion in the Catholic Church. If you aren’t Catholic, stand so that any Catholics in your row may pass, then sit back down and wait quietly.

Jewish: The wedding service is often in Hebrew, but if you don’t understand the language, try to enjoy the spirit, music, and company around you. Men, no matter what their faith, are generally expected to wear skull caps or yarmulkes inside the synagogue. You’ll most likely find them being given out just outside of the doors.

Muslim: Most Muslims do not have a public ceremony, only a public reception.

Mormon: Most Mormon wedding ceremonies are restricted to only practicing Mormons. Don’t be offended if you aren’t invited to the ceremony.

It's Snot Cute!

No one wants to see a snotty, mascara smudged bride on her wedding day. So get something for that girl, geeze! I was lucky enough to have a sweet bonnet, that turned into a handkerchief, and can be turned back into a bonnet, etc. But if your mom isn't as cool as mine, there are other ways.

DIY Wedding Handkerchiefs With Faux Embroidery
Back in the day when I thought our wedding would be all "vintage-y" and whimsical, I fell in love with the idea of making heirloom handkerchiefs for my bridesmaids & Moms & grandmother.

Yeah. Ahem.

Our wedding didn't exactly go that direction and more importantly, embroidery is really expensive. Even when I was willing to pay for it, I couldn't find someone local to do it (who would actually give me a quote, but that's another story). So I did the only thing a girl can do ... I cheated.

That's right, my "heirloom" handkerchiefs have faux embroidery. They ended up costing fractions less. My mom actually hemmed and hand-sewed the lace on to each one. I cut out the batiste and ironed on the faux embroidery letters.

I cut (1) 10" square of ivory batiste per handkerchief and you'll also need lace, thread and these cute little faux embroidery patches from Hobby Lobby. Mom turned the hem twice and machine sewed it down. She then hand-sewed the lace on each one. I picked the best corner, centered up the letter and ironed on as instructed on the package. Easy cheesy.

I do have two fully hemmed handkerchiefs left over and a few yards of off-white batiste to sell. Email Big Spoon Little Spoon if you are interested!

Backyard Weddings at Home
While getting married at home isn't necessarily cheaper, it feels more personal, allows you to have a more intimate affair, and doesn't feel ostentatious. The economy means not only that people want to spend less money, but also that they feel guilty when they do spend money. A backyard event not only helps to put your guests at ease, but also allows you to make more casual, less expensive choices elsewhere. Hurt Feelings.

For my small wedding finale I am going to tackle the hardest part of having a small intimate ceremony. Excluding friends, co-workers, maybe even some family. How do you avoid hurt feelings?

Q. How do you throw a small wedding without offending your uninvited family members, coworkers, and friends?


A. You’re asking the right person, because that’s exactly the kind of wedding I had, and it can be a sticky wicket. The first thing I would suggest is being clear with everyone about the lilliputian size of your event from the get-go—thereby subtly signaling, “You might not be invited!” It’s especially important to drive home the small-wedding message to your parents and future in-laws, before they start spreading the good news to that third cousin in Canada you’ve never met.

One of my biggest challenges was dealing with my parents’ disappointment when they realized that they couldn’t invite every relative or friend they wanted to. My response? “Blame me! Tell them your crazy daughter is hosting her own wedding, and you wish you had any say over who gets to attend, but you don’t.” For those people whose parents are footing the bill, it’s harder to veto their guest requests outright, so some fancy diplomatic footwork is required. Try to reach a compromise, such as "I’m willing to invite Great-Aunt Shirley, if you’re willing not to invite the family dentist."

One last word of advice: No one says you can’t amend your small-wedding plans if the feeling moves you. If excluding your sister’s best friend and your husband’s eighth-grade basketball coach is keeping you up at night, invite them. Yes, even if you have to pony up a few more dollars. Because in the end it’s more important to have who you want at your ceremony than slavishly sticking to your original plan.

Small Wedding Myths

Myth: You WILL save $$$,
Truth: Sorta; You can. You just can't spring for Fillet's for 30 guest at $100 a head.

According to The Knot, 30% of your budget goes towards food. Another 21% goes towards things that would be impacted by your guest list: reception space, beverages, cake, and wedding invitations. Let's play out a common scenario.


You work all the numbers and you decide to not invite 100 people that you would normally invite. If food is $50 per person, you now feel like you've just saved $5,000 by not inviting those people. Let's add $3/person for a cake slice and $2/invitation per couple. That brings us to saving $5,200.

You have a smaller guest list which means you are looking at smaller reception venues. The most common place would be a restaurant. The only problem is restaurants need to meet minimums so they may charge you a minimum that shocks you a bit. If you do find a decent priced reception spot you feel like you have the ability to spend a little more on nicer food since you're saving over $5,000. You can also now afford a nicer wedding cake and your wedding invitations can be nicer since you need fewer of them. It is not uncommon to feel that you can "spend" your savings. It's a common mind-trick we all play any time we buy $100 worth of clothes but SAVED $200 because of sales. We still SPENT $100!

Myth: You can avoid DRAMA!
Truth: Never

The desire to avoid stress actually creates it. You can think that fewer people means less fighting, fewer opinions, and more flexibility, not to mention less money stress. But ultimately the people who are likely to stress you out are the very people you may be ticking off: parents, grandparents, close relatives or friends. For every couple who loved their destination wedding there is another couple who has been given an emotional roller coaster by family or friends who don't appreciate the extraordinary time and money spent to attend "your" ideal wedding location.

Myth: Key Stakeholders WON'T CARE
Truth: FALSE

The chances of anyone in your inner circle agreeing on an ideal wedding is low but as soon as you start excluding some people and including others, you enter a huge guest list landmine. Whether you are trying to determine which family members should be invited - exclude second cousins? Only invite adults? you are entering into family loyalty, notions about what a wedding means, and potentially offending important loved ones. A worst case scenario is when you start building alliances among people (without your knowledge) who threaten to boycot the wedding if the others aren't invited.



Just because you barely know your parents friends or coworkers does not mean you should automatically consider them "extras". If your parents rely heavily on the friendship of these people and really want them to be there for THEIR big day (the day they acquire a new son or daughter-in-law and marry off their child). It is worth considering some of those people have been in your parents lives longer than you've been alive and that some of your friends or coworkers may vanish from your life in the next 5 years as your life changes.

Petite Weddings....The Reception!

Small Receptions!

Some of the more traditional reception activities may be less desirable with a smaller number of of guests, especially if they tend to do better with a "critical mass" of people (for example, dancing). Here are some ideas you might want to consider for your reception:

>Instead of having a typical reception, have a "wedding supper" at a restaurant--as simple or as lavish as you prefer. Some restaurants will even print a special menu just for your event.

>Consider renting a trolley or carriage or other interesting transportation for your guests.

>Have your photographer take photos of all your guests, either in one large group photo or as couples, families, or other logical groups.

>If the reception is in a historic home or museum, have a tour guide there to show guests the facility.

>Instead of a band or dj, hire a string quartet, a harpist, or other unique musical performer. Have you ever heard dulcimer music? Lovely!

>Prepare a slide show of photos of each of you from childhood, adolescence, and on up through meeting one another. Include photos of each of you with your families and other special guests.. Photo shops and copy centers can make slides out of standard photographs (this can be expensive, so shop around for the best price). Renting or borrowing the equipment (projector and screen) is possible. Then show the slides during the reception, either with music (you can created a mixed tape beforehand) or with some clever narration. Some videography companies offer a similar service for creating videos from your still photos.


Whatever you do, take advantage of the smaller size to do some serious mixing and mingling. Too many couples say that they didn't get to spend enough time with their guests on their wedding day. You won't have this problem!

Small Weddings day 2

I have decided to make this 'little wedding week' Today we tackle the Ceremony, you know the boring legal part before the party gets started?!

Having a smaller wedding may cause you to look for some different things to incorporate into your service. Some suggestions given to me by people on newsgroups and other friends:


>Instead of a processional, allow guests to mix and mingle before the service over wine and cheese. Give a toast to start the event, and then have everyone proceed to their places.

>Give each member of your families a flower, and have them line the aisle. As the bride proceeds towards the altar, she takes each one and assembles her bouquet as she goes, symbolizing the contributions the family makes to this union.

>Consider having your families & guests stand up for the entire service, at your side just as attendants would be in a larger wedding.

>Have members of your family do the readings

>Ask each of the guests to say a few words about the couple, or ask them to write a few things down ahead of time, and assemble them into a document for one person to read aloud.

>Incorporate ethnic or family traditions that may have fallen by the wayside through the years. Contact older family members, or research wedding traditions via the web or the library.

>Make your wedding program more substantial, more of a booklet and keepsake. Include messages to each of the guests and explanations of why you chose your flowers, readings, colors, music, etc. If your wedding is held in a unique place, give some information about it, too.

>Be your own "ushers" when it comes to dismissing people after the service. Greet each guest as they leave the pew.

>Encourage each guest to use an entire page of your guestbook to share comments, advice, or other messages. You'll have many more lines of space than you'll have guests, so put it to good use and get a nicer keepsake of your guests!

Wedding Gown Workout Moves

Two things brides want on their wedding day no matter what: to feel great (the fiance at the end of the aisle helps with that) and to look great (here's where we come in). Whether you're already in great shape, or you're just beginning to wrap your mind around a bridal slim down, the right workout will get you on the fast track. How? Since it's all about the wedding, what to do depends on what you're wearing. Going strapless? Show off those perfectly toned triceps and svelte shoulders. Choosing a sleek sheath? Focus on your tummy and whittle your middle. Pick your gown style from the list below and follow the instructions to achieve a healthier, hotter you.

If you're not a gym member, invest in a good set of five- or ten-pound hand weights, then establish an every-other-day weight training routine (muscles need to rest a day to repair). For each of these exercises, start off with two sets, then increase to three as you get stronger and more secure with the routine.

The Sheath Gown Workout
Target Zone:
A sleek, smooth torso is what's required for a super sheath bod, so make ab crunches and waist toners your new best friends.

The Twist
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. Imagine holding a ball in between your thighs. Squeeze your thigh muscles, then pull in your belly and tuck it under your pelvis (so you're in a slight sitting position). Lace your fingers together and place your hands behind your head.

2. Keeping your chest high, slowly twist from side to side without moving your lower body, so that your upper body turns from facing left to facing right. Keep it slow -- you won't get the full benefit if you're relying on momentum. Repeat 40 times. Yep, you heard us right -- 40!

Standing Side Crunch
1. Stand in the same position as for the Twist, with your abs tucked in and your toes facing front (but drop the imaginary ball!)

2. Lift your left knee toward your left arm bringing your elbow down to meet it. Hold, then return to the starting position. Repeat it on the right #--and do a total of 20 repetitions on each side.

The Best-Ever Back Workout
Target Zone:
All eyes will be on your back at you float down the aisle . An upper- and lower-back workout will help firm up that all-important rear view.

One-Arm Row
1. Stand with your left side next to the front of a bench (or a coffee table, or a futon). Place your left foot and left hand on the bench, bending your right knee. Keeping your torso parallel to the ground, grasp a dumbbell with your right hand. Let your arm hang straight down with your palm facing your thigh.

2. Slowly pull the dumbbell up and back until it#'s in line with your hip. You should feel a muscle contraction in your upper back (that means it's working!). Repeat 10 times, then switch sides.

Pullover
1. Lie on the floor with your knees bent, hip-width apart, and feet planted. Grab a dumbbell with each hand and extend your arms up over your body, so that your arms make a 90-degree angle with your torso.

2. Keeping your elbows slightly bent, slowly lower the dumbbell back behind your head as far as you can; you should feel a stretch in your back muscles. Next, lift the dumbbell back into the starting position above your body, squeezing your back muscles as you go up. Do 10 repetitions per set.

The Sensational Strapless Workout
Target Zone:
This shoulder- and arm-baring style requires a combination of exercises. You'll need to work your triceps, biceps, and pectorals if you really want to strut your strapless stuff.

Biceps Curl
1. Standing with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent, pull your tummy in and tuck your pelvis under. Hold a heavier pair of dumbbells down at your sides with your palms facing front.

2. Keeping your elbows at your sides, slowly curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders. Reverse direction and lower the dumbbells into starting position -- avoid locking your elbows. Do 10 repetitions per set. Slow and steady wins the race here -- you'll get a bigger benefit from the exercise if you use concentrated, controlled movements. If you feel like you're whipping the weights around to get them up, your dumbbells are too heavy. Downgrade to a smaller weight so you can move more comfortably.

Flat Dumbbell Fly
1. Lie down with your knees bent and your feet firmly planted shoulder-width apart. Stretch out your arms on the floor so your body makes a T. Grasp a dumbbell in each outstretched hand, keeping your elbows slightly bent. Keep your palms facing up towards the ceiling.

2. Slowly raise the weights upward in a rounded arc (as if you were hugging a tree!), gently touching the dumbbells together at the top above your body. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower the weights back to their starting positions. Do 10 repetitions per set.

Triceps Dip
1. Sit normally on a sturdy, non-wheeled chair. Place your hands on the front edge of the seat (fingertips facing front) and your feet on the floor, hip-width apart and a little bit ahead of you. Slowly slide your bottom off the seat of the chair, keeping your hands where there are.

2. Keeping your arms close to your body, bend your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the floor, allowing your rear end to descend past the edge of the chair. Using your arms to lift you, reverse direction and push yourself back up to the point at which your arms are straight. Work up to 15 dips per set.

to do, or not to do a Holiday Weddings?

Fresh off a Holiday weekend, many of you Brides to be out there maybe thinking of taking the plunge on another Holiday weekend. What are the pros and cons of making this choice?

For starters:
> You have an extra day for celebrating(and/or recovery!)
>Getting married on a Sunday is less expensive than holding a Saturday wedding.
>Take into consideration your guest list when getting married on a holiday weekend. Airfare, travel and hotel rates are usually higher on holiday weekends and flights may be very limited due to holiday traffic.
>Some families have standing plans or traditions on holiday weekends that they may not be willing to forgo to attend a wedding.
>Rental equipment may cost more if you can't return it until Tuesday or pay the extra charge for a weekend pick-up (VERY COSTLY)
>Caterers and other vendors may charge more for having to work a Holiday weekend.
>Book early these dates get filled up fast!!!
>Ask LOTS of questions when booking vendors look for hidden fees when it comes to delivery and take away.

Famous Donna

I work in Cube (a 10 x 10 haven of sorts, it sucks)!!! Anyway, we have a long table behind our cubes and this sweet lady "Famous Donna" shows up every once and a while, and caters lunches for the Big Wigs. Who then feel the need ohhh and all like they have never seen BBQ before.......end rant.

So I googled this "Famous Donna" (new to me) and seems she has been at this for quite sometime. I don't know what her prices are like, but she works like this. Say you LOVE Maggianos, Amerigos, Slick Pig BBQ, Jason's Deli, etc. Donna would take your order, pick it up, and drop it off, set it up, make sure it looks great, and then clean up when she is done. She will even cook from scratch. So if you are looking for another catering alternative check out Donna, I hear she is Famous?

You drink, let someone else Drive!

Sounds like a plan to me. I mean no one wants to end up like this, or this, or even this (yikes). Next time you are planning your Bachlorette, Bachelor, or 30th Birthday celebration remeber to let someone else do the driving.

Summer Time!

When I hear the word summer one word comes to mind.... L-A-K-E! Here in Tennessee we are land locked, but as you may have noticed from our recent 1,000 year flood we have LOTS of Lakes, and Rivers to make up for our Land Lover status. For all you 'waterbugs' like me, here is a gem I found on the internets for a Lakeside Wedding just outside of the Nashville area on Center Hill Lake.

Thought Provoking

I read this today on A Practial Wedding and it got the cogs turning. If you are married, engaged, in love etc. I hope you'll take it in.

"Wife"
So. Wife. Being a wife. There are loaded words, and then there are *loaded* words, and I think wife falls into the second category. I first started thinking about this concept when I got this comment from Cindy right before the wedding:

"Meg, I love being a wife. So far in life, it's been my most satisfying and challenging role. So here's to the rest of yours and David's life. Cheers."

David was reading my comments over my shoulder (as he does) and he stopped at that one. "Wife?" He said, "That's sort of a surprising comment. It's something I feel like you don't hear very much these days. People don't say 'I love being a wife' unless they are talking about how they love being a stay-at-home soccer mom, and I'm pretty positive she doesn't mean that."

"I'm going to be a wife THIS WEEK," I screeched. "I better love it. I better not become a stay at-home-soccer-mom-with-a-minivan. I better not lose myself. Certainly! Not!"

Dude Looks like a lady!

So you have a Boy, he's a good friend, and you want him YOUR wedding party is that ok? Heck yes, it's your wedding, but how do you approach it? Let me see if I can help.

1. Make sure the "Man of Honor" wears the same formal wear as the groomsmen
2. Call them 'Masters of Honor' no Brides'man'
3. List your program as Wedding Party instead of Brides Maids and Groomsmen
4. Reach out to the Mother of the Bride or Grooms Mother to throw showers if the Friend is to uncomfortable. This is no longer a faux paw.
5. Try not to single him out, let him be included, and don't make a spectacle out of him.
6. These rules also apply for a 'Best Woman' scenario.

High and Dry!

I hope all of you reading this are A. Dry B. Your family and friends are safe and dry as well. I know many of you with upcoming weddings are waiting to see how things pan out, and I will gladly help any way I can.

On a happier dry note: How to Save $$ on your hair and make up, I know I have posted similar info before, but it never hurts to hear it again.



Try to hire one person or company that does both hair and makeup.

Only the bride needs a trial.

You can expect to pay anywhere from $40 to $100 for hair and $30 to $85 for makeup. Know that the more women you have that need these services, the cheaper the cost per person.

If hair accessories are going to be put in anyone's hair, make sure you buy them yourself. If you leave this up to the hair stylist it'll cost more.
*
If you have sensitive skin, we suggest that you do not go for a facial the week before your wedding. You don't want to be all broke out for the big day.
*
Please get your nails done and make sure the groom's hands are also manicured. More than likely you'll be getting a picture that shows your hands and the wedding bands. People will be constantly asking to see your rings.
*
Lastly, try to find a makeup and hair vendor that will do a trial a few months before the wedding. It gives you time to work out any areas you are not happy with and makes the wedding day process much quicker
